Please note that during peak seasons (such as holidays, Black Friday, and major sales periods), delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased volume with our shipping partners. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside of Finland, your local customs authority may apply duties or import fees. These charges depend on the regulations in your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

If customs fees are required, the amount is typically based on the value and type of goods imported.

If you choose to refuse the customs fees, your parcel will be returned to Wovyn Beauty. Once received, we will process your refund. Please note that any customs handling fees or return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number from us and from our transport partner.

Refund & Return Policy

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment. Once an order is placed and the confirmation has been sent, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
